We process the information you provide through the contact form or by email to answer your enquiry, check availability and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal for your event. The form requests your name, telephone number and email address; the event date, location, type and message are optional.

Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract or, depending on the enquiry, our legitimate interest in responding. Enquiries are archived in the controller’s email account while they are needed to manage the enquiry, a possible booking or potential legal claims. Ordinary access is limited to the controller. We do not make commercial transfers of the data. Technical providers may process data when necessary to provide their services.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing and, where applicable, portability by emailing info@thegeneration.info. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
